That’s because the video is directly from the giant video screens feed, which are naturally delayed.

No, that's not how it works, in concerts, the screens have a delay because they are adjusted to the PA on the stage, the further away you are in the stadium, the more delay there is, at this transmission, there are two "direction rooms", one for the jumbotron feed and another for the streaming transmission, which can sometimes coincide with the jumbotron images, and in fact, macca works with 5 tv cameras, this webcast has at least 8-9 cameras

The delay of this web-rip is very variable, some songs are ok and others are not

Yep, I'm seeing that as well: some songs are fine later into the show while noticeable out of sync early on.

The delay you noticed is in the original source. I've ripped the video three times and watch again the streaming and it's there.
