Well you waited and waited and waited, but I think it's okay to post it now at this late date.
Thanks to a friend of yours and mine, here is a crystal clear recording of Mark Lewisohn's Evolver '62 show from last year! I won't say which venue it was.
It is in two parts, each 90 min in length. For those who were not there, the stage was made to look like Mark's office, and the show opened with him with his back to the audience rummaging through his files. He then turns and pretends to be surprised to see people there. This amusing prelude is also on the recording.
Unlike Evolver '63 which was more like Mark chatting with some friends, Evolver '62 was a mammoth undertaking that drilled down deep into what The Beatles were doing in 1962. It is completely superb and makes for riveting listening. I learnt many, many things from it. There's a thread here somewhere with all the photos that were displayed on screen, so what would be great is if some clever person here could marry this audio with those photos and give us a video version.
Anyway, enjoy. And don't thank me, I'm just the messenger. Thank the lovely guy who recorded it.

I wish the BBC would get Mark to make this into a tv series. It'd be so much better than the other drivel they churn out under the guise of "history".

Re: EVOLVER '62 complete show
I can't get enough of Mark Lewisohn speaking.
My wife and I have a long running joke that consists of pointing out who the Jason Bateman of ....... is. i.e., the person who is reasonable and calm while a whole lot of craziness is going on around him.
Mark Lewisohn is the Jason Bateman of Beatles Scholarship.
