Ready Steady Go! Special Edition - The Beatles Live! (RETRANSFER)
Ready Steady Go! Special Edition - The Beatles Live! (RETRANSFER)
A few months ago, I transferred this tape using not-so-good hardware. However, now that I have better VHS digitalization hardware, I re-transferred and touched up the tape. It should be of better quality than what I shared before. This is an alternate edit of Around The Beatles from 1985.

Wouldn't the laserdisc be the best source for a transfer of this program? Just asking -- because I realize that in some cases, such as the Budokan show, the VHS is actually superior to the laserdisc release.

This is called ready Steady Go, but isn't it Around The Beatles? I'm wondering why.

I have the same VHS video and digitised it several years ago. The graphics at the start are slightly different (Dave Clark International graphics) but the rest is the same. I've downloaded this version and compared the two and my copy seems to be slightly better quality, though it's MP4. It may be that this version is NTSC and my copy is PAL, I don't know. Now, I'm wary of hijacking threads and treading on toes etc but if anyone is interested I'll post a copy. The more sources, the better, I suppose.
