Most likely Kum Back from 1969
although unofficial compilations came out before then but it was just official material repackaged.

Isn't that tied with copyright troubles? I hope they can figure that whole situation out.

I'm sure they were planning to include it on the Eight Days A Week bonus disc.

I removed the "insert commercials here" frames and a few seconds of a transition but I don't think anything else is missing.
