Does anybody have this CD, and would be willing to share it here?

Thank you in advance!
Devin McKinney's book Magic Circles_The Beatles In Dream And History (2003) makes reference of Tony Barrow's liner notes on the following CD; Don't Touch That Dial 2: The History of Music Radio (Jumbo CD, 1995), which apparently contains an interview with Robert Whitaker in relation to the ''Butcher-cover'' photoshoot.
There is no reference in Discogs in relation to the latter CD. There is only the one I requested here which, by the way, also has liner notes by Tony Barrow!
Perhaps it is the same one and has the title changed over time?

I spent a lot of my early teen years listening to Radio Caroline. Thank you for the memories. I was totally gutted when it was closed down.
