This is from the commercial dvd Paul Is Live, you will find it on that dvd in much better quality.

In fact, there is a HUGE list of songs that are not on the "Paul is Live" dvd -although there are several of them that exist on proshot (MPL Latin America Specials / Charlotte), there are also some that only exist as audience recordings-.
