Beatles Trading Cards - New Scans

Post by recce13 »

Since I was already in a scanning mood (after doing the Goldmine scans), I went ahead and scanned all my Beatles Trading Cards (from 1993, 1996 and 1999). Here's the link to the resulting PDF files, and what each set contains:

hXXps://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1NVSge1sNVr0_SDglG-FRgKdQu48cgLrR?usp=sharing

Beatles Trading Cards - River Group - 1993
- Base Set - Complete (220 cards)
- The Beatles Classic Hits - Complete (8 cards)
- Promos - Only #6 out of 9 cards
- #1 Hits Double-sided Foils - Only #9 (Something/Get Back) out of 10 cards
- U.S. Concerts - None out of 2 cards

Beatles Trading Cards - Sports Time - 1996
- Base Set - Complete (100 cards)
- Gold Record - Complete (12 cards)
- Magical Mystery Tour - None out of 5 cards
- Meet The Beatles - None out of 10 cards
- Signature Series - None out of 4 cards

Beatles Trading Cards - Yellow Submarine - DuoCards - 1999
- Base Set - Complete (72 cards)
- Didn't know that the text on the back of these cards were from Mark Lewisohn until I started this project.

I know other scans of the 1993 set were already shared here, but I believe they were either skewed or didn't contain the back of the cards, so that's why I re-did them. I'm not sure if the other 2 sets were shared or not.

Enjoy!

I remember collecting the Yellow submarine sweet cigarette cards as a teenager. I used them as inspiration to paint large collage paintings (no I didn't stick them to the board), but when I went away to art college my parents binned the lot. Parents :x

Funny you posted this. I just bought the 1993 set a couple weeks ago. I have a full Set, a 2nd set that is missing a dozen or so, a bunch of doubles, and several uhnopened packages. I paid $30 for them. I really only collect records but I felt I got a fairly sweet deal for the cards and grabbed them.
Your scans will be a nice addition to this recce13!

Thanks very much
Kevin
