Paul and Linda's Piccadilly Radio message

Please does anybody have a good quality copy of Paul and Linda's message when Piccadilly Radio in Manchester opened on the 2nd April 1974. This is the Hello Piccadilly, Goodbye Albert Square message. I wonder how it came about that they recorded a message. Were they working at Strawberry Studios at the time on the McGear album I wonder.

Would also love to get all the Piccadilly Radio jingle packages if anybody knows where I might get them.
