It is spelled John Barrett in Ken Townsend's Preface for Mark Lewisohn's Recording Sessions. We all are familiar with John Barrett's Notes, without which Recording Sessions, our bible for years, would never have existed.
John Barrett attended the big Liverpool Beatles Convention in 1982. Maybe somebody took photos there?

There WAS gonna be one new album jacket being pressed for singles and EMI even has catalog numbers for them BUT the 3 Beatles and you got involved and Session never showed up till 10 years later as all tracks on The Anthoyghy sets
