There is also a free app called Subtitle Edit that can open a video, do audio to text, and then translate it.
I tried using the free plug-ins.
I don't know how accurate the German text is, but the English translation seems to have a lot of errors.

With warts and all, I used the Youtube subtitle creator for these subs in English and German :
