Thanks for doing these!

I think I will probably just rip the episodes as audio soundtracks for myself. The visuals add little if anything and do look incredibly pretentious. Who mixes standing up in an empty room in the dark?
I was thinking the same.

New Version of Episode 1:

Extended version of A New Chord with the actual party version of "Michelle" with cod-French lyrics

and

Paul talking about Edith Piaf's "Milord" and asking Jan Vaughan for French help.

Now featuring beatles4you's fab artwork:

What Band On The Run track is based on the Fela Kuti riff Paul plays on the Rhodes in Ep. 2? I can't place it...

Maybe it's another Wings track?

Aw man, do I need to include Yesterday?? I don't think I've heard the original Take 2 sans strings like this at parts...

Also, some of Paul's comments might not resolve in organic places, and I'm kicking around putting the Brandenbug Concerto back in just to say that I have all the interpolations...

Any thoughts??

I watched the first three episodes.

I liked the new insights but found it a pity that Rubin was unaware that the Beatles released two (not one) LPs a year in 1963, 1964 and 1965, and didn't know that the reason Paul is drumming on Back in the USSR and Dear Prudence was because Ringo had left the band.

Ah, to be given a couple of hours with Macca to ask him pointed questions about his time in the Beatles!
