Harry was still doing them right till the end yes. I like to imagine that he thought of these as his "final cuts", the culmination of a lifetime's experience. Cutting a record is truly an art.

I now have both Help! and Rubber Soul as 1984 vinyl reissues, and they both sound pretty good (Help! looks like it's only had a play or two, RS has a few spindle marks).

There's a slight oddity though. Three of the sides have the deadwax "HTM" markers from Harry, but side 2 of RS omits it. Mind, the sound is pretty good and matches the others, be it a cut from "Harry's box" or not!
