HELP PLEASE : I desperately need help with a mike mix!

I am in the process of doing a Mix of Can't Buy Me Love the original mix and I finished it and thought...wow it would be cool if I could slide the bluesy vocals from Take 2 in their place. That's when I realized they were sung at I don't know... different speeds, different pitches, different tempos...

I don't know that stuff. I wish I did. I know audacity can change that... I just don't know how.

But anyways... Below is the Mike's mix I just did of the original...and also the vocals for Take 2 are already sliced up and ready to slip in over the original vocals.

Does anyone here have the know with all to change the Take 2 vocals to match the sound (speed, pitch, tempo?) of the original?
I'd be deeply indebted.!

Thanks, Michael

Here's the vocals for all 3: hxxps://we.tl/t-QYZ0mOWdVA

and here's the full mix as it stands: hXXps://we.tl/t-HcikicLmD0

I can load them in my DAW , and see what I can do. I have a hectic life, might take a few days.

Original takes were in the key of “D”…a wide decision to bring it down to C

To change pitch in Audacity, it's Effects > Change Pitch. Then it opens up a window prompt. If you know the keys of each recording then you can enter them in and hit apply, if not you can adjust 1 semitone at a time until it sounds right.

There's a similar menu for changing tempo (Effects > Change Tempo) but for something like a Beatles recording where the tempo will fluctuate, there's a better option. One of the recent Audacity updates added the ability to hold the alt key and click and drag the edge of a clip to adjust the tempo. This method makes it way easier to fine-tune individual sections by adjusting and lining up the waveforms.

UPDATE... what drugs was I on went I included that original file for help?

They certainly were not what I thought I was sending, that's for sure!

It sounded like a completely different band being waterboarded and having their testicles fried all at the same time!

I have replaced the original link with the correct solo-only vocals files from the original and take 2.

Sorry, for anyone who gave them a listen and thought I was losing my mind to try and make a mix out of them!
Michael

use audacity "change pitch" effect for the commercial version and set "semitones" to 2.

Just use the instruments from take 4 and the vocals from take 2 and you're good to go.
