A weird question: Unknown Song

So this is a bit weird, my son brought to me today an strange "mistery" this song
No one knows where it comes from, who wrote it or if there is even a full version, i did small research and noticed that even on SHF was researched without luck
So, does anyone here know about this? or is this just a hoax entitled just to grab people's attention?
