It has always annoyed me greatly that the ending to LTS was missing so that alternate tape surfacing was great.
The Blackpool set is very close to their Top Gear appearance which I think was recorded the same week. And it really does sound extraordinarily similar, a testament to how well they could play live when they could hear themselves. Although there's some screaming girls on this appearance, they appear to be in a minority and well under control. So we actually get to hear The Beatles clearly, live in mid 1964. Amazing.
