Mmmm...maybe not the best (almost all of them are my favourite) but thinking about the 1st song I vivdly remember and which, although they were on the radio all the time, made me listen up when I was 11 was "Tell Me Why". I heard it during a coach trip from my school. I just got my first record player and went out to buy my first Beatles record so, maybe not my No 1 song but certainly a fateful one.
