I guess so. Original files dates sometimes in 2017, my newly tagged versions saved on May 2 this year (downloaded the day before).

OK, thanks Yves. FWIW, I now have two versions, both 429 files, 28 folders, 16-bit:
v1 (2017 no tags) 4.80GB
v2 (2021 tagged) 7.96GB

looks kike you may have an issue with your tagged set
maybe some duplicate files as tagging is not going to increase file size 3.2GB

Kind of weird a discrepancy so big.

Can you send me Track 1 from CD1, I'll compare the info from each.

So far I added the artwork, full detailed title, in the Artist field I added Studios and recording date, Album Artist field includes only "The Beatles" and I changed the file names for the "Title" field.

Kind of surprised that this info would take so much room, but 429 times may explain. Still skeptical though.

And the number of files is the same (429).

Could it just be the level used when FLACing the files??
