Need some Help on Ripping CDs

I have a learning disability so bit slow I know prob simple but I get confused and I feel my CDs are not worth sharing as they are older
so here is the story Buddy goes to Japan for work every 2 years and he found me 3 Yellow Dog CDs and Back-Tracks 1 few weeks ago

Complete Rooftop 2 CD
The Let It Be Rehearsals Vol 3 All Things Mst Past - Part 2 Acoustic set 2

I have not ripped in years i used to do
EAC and convert waves then Foobar2000 to the highest FLAC
or
Power ISO rip CD as an ISO.


would there be intresed this disc ?
