BBC Radio Merseyside has been hosting a weekly, hour long show dedicated to the Beatles called The Late Late Beatles Show. Unfortunately as a result of the recent reorganisation of local radio, the show was brought to an end on the 25th November. The final show included excerpts from interviews held by the host over the years. I’ve so far only heard the first half but it does include a snippet with Mark Lewisohn.

Regrettably the first guest is Cliff Richard who, even after all these years, is still a curmudgeon as far as the Beatles go.
Cliff aside, it’s not an unpleasant way to spend an hour.
