I am looking a track listing on another site and I keep seeing RS and RM used when describing the track. What do they stand for?

Yeah, as stated above, RS = 'Remix Stereo' and RM = 'Remix Mono'.
Some of the session tapes that circulate have a studio engineer's voice announcing these phrases and a number just before a song starts, to ID it.
