Is there anybody else thinking that the artwork for "Now and then" looks incredibly cheap and uninspired, like it's been done in 5 minutes ?

Totally agree, very bad cover IMO.
Looks like a cheap 80s bootlwg cover. :D

Yes, exactly.
According to someone who left a very negative comment on the Daily Beatle, the artwork is supposed to be by Ed Ruscha, who did the "McCartney III" artwork. Which was much better, at least decent anyway.
Can you imagine that this comes from the band that had album covers such as the ones for Revolver, Sgt Pepper, the White Album or Abbey Road ? What were they (whoever's in charge) thinking ?

There must be a reasonable explanation for this cover, something we´re not seeing.
The back looks cute, though.

The way I'm seeing it, NOW is for the new song that's coming out and THEN when the first Beatles song came out, being Love me do. It's a play with words is the way I see it. On one is the last Beatles song ever and on the other side first Beatles song that was released.

It’s one of the worst things I’ve ever seen….I thought it might be a joke actually!
