Same here, it's coming up to to 2 weeks after I was really bad with it but I'm still left with a cough and runny nose. I'm also tired all the time :roll:

Very sorry to read this. Took me about a month to get back to normal. Don't try to get back to normal too soon. If you feel tired then rest.

I've never had it, thank God, but hope you fell better soon. They said lots of liquid, rest, and panadol would help.

My family and I got the new boosters last week and flu shots the week before that. I hope you get better soon. Try some horseradish?

It started out feeling like the flu but then that stops after a few days and you're just left with these bizarre and maddening symptoms like loss of appetite, tiredness and (for me anyway) terrible cramps and muscle pains. In short it has been nothing like what I expected.

Sorry to hear how you have suffered Lord Reith. Resting and plenty of vitamins seem to be the best solution and continue to keep activity low for a while even when you start to feel better. Get well soon.
