You'd think the music would be from 1968 though.

Has a full version of the Italian newsreel of the India visit ever turned up? I don't think I've ever seen it in full--just the soundtrack.

Linked below are the longest versions I have seen. The first is 8'54" and looks like it's the complete Rai newsreel, but unfortunately the video quality isn't very good. The second is a little shorter (8'09") with somewhat better picture quality. It looks like it's from a later Rai rebroadcast of some kind. I would be interested to see if anyone has any better versions of these. I was thinking of doing a subtitle translation for this, or at least a transcript, but never got around to it.

I have a pretty good version of the RAI broadcast in HD. Used a good source, some AI and it turned out pretty good.

Now if an Italian speaking angel could create an english subtitle.... (hoping)
