Surely you could just use the Import > Raw data in Audacity. Make sure to manually set the correct sampling rate etc. "Big Endian" or "Small endian" is a crapshoot but you can try both.

I did try that but got a Coltrane wall of sound - well - not nearly as nice or articulate as coltrane, just big noise - but I will try that too, with the Endian things.
Why is this so hard?
And, Lord Reith, if you don't mind my saying so, you shouldn't be lollygagging in tech when there's Vol. V to do. I'm waiting to update my custom made , 350 gig ipod until Fabracadabra is complete.

Ah, well thank you for trying! Anyone else ever try to do this on a mac?
