Thanks for the upload, turns out I already had this hi-res version but upon reviewing it, it appears quite dark and dingy.

I extracted the images from the PDF and am in the process of "remastering" the book in Photoshop (I'm about halfway done) – brightening tone, spotting out little buggers on the guy's scanner glass, evening out the brightness of the text and images, removing the blue shadow in the crease, etc. without going too crazy.

Yeah, I don't like artifacts in my books either

If there's no objection I'll upload it, hopefully Sunday.

Here is my PDF remaster, I think it is an improvement on the version floating around. I used that same source but worked with the images to make them clearer and brighter where possible (ie, some glare from the original scans was toned down but cannot be removed). I also included a text version of the book in the hi-res upload:
