Tex's "Help!" album remixes

I didn't think it was possible without serious artifacts but it worked. I got both guitar tracks separated left/right. I realized I could take the DEMUCS "Instrumental" output and using an old technique swap the centre channel info and the left channel info. This worked well with "Dizzy Misses Lizzy" so I realized I might be able to apply it to another.

Here's "Ticket To Ride" again with the guitars NOW split about as far a part as possible. The algorithm missed a bit of separation near the end I can't fix that sorry. I don't want to edit from multiple sources like I had to do with "Help!".

I tried to get both mixes to match but didn't obsess about it so the 1965 sounds less polished.

Two experimental remixes below.

I tried to remove some of the swampy digital reverb from the 1986 digital remixes and address a few other things that always annoyed me like vocal sibilance and overall mid-range presence. Let me know if these sound OK balance and EQ wise I can adjust.

As with everything I tinker with each song is an individual project with it's own unique issues and solutions. I'm not a "set it and forget" mixer cranking out stuff like sausage.

When I finish the whole album I'll put them all in one ZIP. I don't do art work or notes sorry. I haven't played a CD in 20+ years.

"It's Only Love" will be very basic not much to improve.

Those are the only things left. I may dig into some outtake material and see if anything is worth adding.
