A Cellarful of Noise

Post by Vee-Jay »

Hey, Gang -

Does anyone have a pdf or a scanned copy of Brian Epstein's A Cellarful of Noise that they could share? It just dawned on me that after 8,000 years of being a Beatles fan, I've never actually read the darned thing!

Whatever you might have would be greatly appreciated.

PS - Has anyone ever gathered together all of the extant "audiobook" (they wouldn't have been called that back then) recordings of Brian himself reading it? I know we got a taste on Anthology, but I presume there is more...

I have a digital 2011 kindle copy, so I am glad to see a 1964 scan. Thank you!

I'd love to hear 'em all. The excerpts were one of my favorite parts of Anthology 1.

Thanks for the book Tubla. I thought I would make an effort to clean up this ancient (1964) publication. I took the book completely apart page by page and cleaned up most of the faded brownish ageing, centered all the pages and in some cases turn the page slightly so it was straight up. After they looked decent I reassembled the pages, hopely in the right order, and have them here as single page jpg & pdf and double page as well. Hope you like it. I did the best I could. Thanks again Tubla.
