I have my original 87 CD a bought individually, no cut outs
The Breadbox I have I believe it is from the 90's, as the discs have the Apple logo on them.
The cut outs are on the last page of the booklet as a fold out page.
I have a European set. I'll check that when I locate it.

And the copy of Pepper shown there is from a 1988 wooden (Mecican) breadbox, right?

Can someone post The Bread Box CD Version when they have time?
I have never heard from the original 1987-1988 CDS Please Please through Revolver and also both Past Masters.

Breadboxes were issued the sooner in November 1988 and some were "reprinted" in the newt years, a friend of mine bought a Canadian one in 1993 and it had Disque Americ CDs from 1993 in there.

I believe I have the reprint set, as the CD's all have the Apple logo

The first CD issues only had Parlophone logos. The second Parlophone and Apple, and finally the third and next Parlophone, Apple and EMI logos.
The full Disque Americ set was never posted and I guess, will never be. Look for some posts of mine with downloaded versions of DA editions.

I bought my UK LP Breadbox in 1988. My Sgt Pepper LP does have the cutouts sheet.

I am from Canada and nearly ALL my CDs have this I have few from America as friend got me them as gift there locatioed there
