Midvalley released this and another Billy Preston acetate on CD in 2015. Does anyone have this disc?

Sorry if it wasn't clear but this was from an eBay sale, a sound file the seller posted at the time of the sale. Both your wav and flv files have gone through a lossy encoding step. Might be due to how you digitized the acetate?
I would offer to clean up the acetate crackles and distortion a bit, and having the lossless source would help a lot.
