Actually, I don't think it's a bad price considering what some items of memorabilia go for.

Some Japanese collector will snap that up. The thing is that - historic as it is - it's an ugly beast that is sure to look like a pile of army surplus junk almost anywhere you put it. If it weren't for the Beatles connection this would probably be going for 100 pounds on Ebay. You'd have to design a special room from scratch with framed photographs and other bits of studio equipment and paraphernalia like a waxwork of Norman Smith.
If I come by a spare quarter mill this week I might just pick it up...
