There's a track on this 1969 LP by Mura Wilson, called Lennon And McCartney. It's listed second on the LP cover, and I saw it mentioned in an old copy of Melody Maker magazine.

Anyone ever heard it, or knows what the lyrics are all about?

There's nothing online but I believe the LP was issued in spring or summer 1969.

It's probably Rocky Racoon or something and the cover designer used the songwriting credit instead of the title.
