Does somesome have the Bob Dylan's 1962 LP Bob Dylan, in lossless
the one that has 4 tracks, like 'John Birth Society', & 3 other tracks on it?

I had it it was Bob Dylan LP from 1962, it has 4 song, later withdrawn
Had Taking John Birch Society & 3 other tracks, not on the current edition
