edit: I checked 1-CD version of unreleased DCC ATMP I downloaded about a year ago. Strangely, it has the same error at the same place.

I have the DCC single disc pressing and that track on my pressing is clean if people are interested in it now.

There's a second CD-R containing the Apple Jam and additional tracks which isn't listed on the artwork but comes with the set

Thanks a lot for sharing your 2-CD version. I've confirmed that your track08 is surely clean. It looks like your copy and the copy I have are different versions because your track08 is 04m56s59 and mine is 04m56s49.
Anyway, just in case anyone is interested, this is the version I downloaded in this forum last year:

01/03 Update: I received a reply email from the retailer. They are working on it and will advise.
