It is possible that the CD was made from a lossy source. But unfortunately there is also a problem with the coding. I checked some of your uploads with auCDtectTaskManager. They are all wrong! I would like to suggest that you use a more reliable software such as 'Exact Audio Copy' instead of 'Switch Plus'.

Lennon Acoustic CD from 2005/6 used MP3 as the source from what I read, not sure if on BZ, or another site
A fan re-did the album, in Lossless

Yes, it's true. Two live track (Jonn Sinclair, Luck of the Irish) are from lossy source. 'Exchange And Mart' by Blind Face on the japanese SHM-CD also an upscaled mp3 track.
