83 albums released in Japan?

Just browsing a Beatles Monthly from Feb 1983, and I noticed this:
An 83 album box set?? I think if you compile all the UK Beatles albums, all the US, all the comps and all the solo including live, you can just about get to 83...
Anyone know anything about this?
Just curious.
