  • missing bits (24/96 DL, TNK, Taxman)
  • watermarking (leak, 24/96 DL)
DR 'better' on watermarked files because resulting in ramdom peaks
Could mean the cut off tracks happened after mastering while adding watermarks.
  • mono transfer's channels are misaligned and not equal volume (24/96 DL)
  • Paperback Writer/ Rain remixes are limited AND quieter (2CD)
  • Sped up tracks where they don't belong (Rain tk5, Yellow Submarine tk4)
It's quite easy to remove/isolate the bass on Rain. The bass track even has traces of vocals, so it clearly doesn't belong there.
  • She said She Said guitar
  • EDIT: forgot She Said She Said demo taken from Mythology, sloppy edit

The cymbals being messed up in She Said is a bigger problem than the guitars.

Is the surround mix (ATMOS?) affected?
Of course your hum analysis also demonstrates the sped up bass on Rain tk5.
She Said She Said demo from Mythology is lossy and distorted btw. Lucky People around here have the option to listen to Entomology instead.

Well if we are going to nitpick...

Out of synch horns on GTGYIML take 8. Damned sloppy.

Horns in fake stereo on the album mix of GTGYIML.

Wrong echo feedback effect used on Paperback Writer.

Very poor eq on the Dr Robert outtake.

Unecessary narrowing of the stereo on all the outtakes.

Bass wrongly included on the fast version of Rain.

I could go on, but I already fixed all of them on my own copy ages ago! (And no, I can't share it).

Oh, and the biggest problem of all...

Stupid audio watermarking used on the download and streaming versions. So for your money you get a bonus annoying warbling noise in the middle of the spectrum the whole way through. Why not just encode everything in 64kb/s mp3 and be done with it.

And the wrong reverb used, as ever. Yes, they are correctly using the original Abbey Road echo chamber. But it was always run through a tape delay as well to make the room sound bigger. The decay should be twice as long. Please somebody tell them this.

I’m a “glass-half-full” kinda guy but the bolded ‘nit-picks’ above bother me too and the fact that I know you have fixed them Lord only makes them stand out even more sore-thumb like.

The echo feedback on "Paperback Writer" is getting worse with each new remix. Hope they don't try that again.
And I still can't listen to that bad edit/pause at 1:52 of the new remix of "Dr Robert", do they listen to this stuff after they are finished working on them?
