I can't find mention on this anywhere, not in the Some Old Interviews collection or the BBC Genome site. It's from Feb 1987 and was part of 'The Stereo Sequence' and features George Martin going through the first four (mono) CD releases. It's 2 x 30 minute sections. As usual, if anyone has a better/cleaner copy then feel free to post.
Thanks very much for this one. Never heard of it and can't find any mention.
So much new stuff to listen to, thanks to all concerned.

The 'Beatles on CD' was one of mine from cassette but thanks to the earlier post from Lord Reith, here's a mixcloud link that has quite a few more BBC docs (beatle & non-beatle related) from BBC Radio 2. I've yet to trawl through it so not sure how good the quality is etc. Like you say, along with Rons1010 collection, there's so much new stuff to go through and so little time....
