This would be the limited edition gold CD issued in Japan. There was no Black-Triangle issue of Imagine in Japan.
Odd how the spines of the back inlay show no catalog numbers.

On closer look it seems the catalog numbers on the spines almost look embossed...they are there but not very clear.

The embossed catalogue number on the spine is CP435773

Yes, I wanted to see if they matched up with what was on the CD itself and they didn't use the previous catalog number from the original Japanese CD (CP32-5451) from 1988. Those early Japanese CD's had no NR added to the mastering and sound very good.
