Get Back Honk from WBCN disc

Has anyone ever discovered who the artist was on the recording of "Get Back Honk" that was aired during the time period when the "Get Back" acetate was being played on WBCN Boston? I don't have any information about it in my database, and Google is useless trying to search that phrase. It's on the "Posters, Incense..." disc.
