A concise (?) list of the best bootlegged sources

I've been thinking about this for a few days now... I'm not sure if there is a thread for the best sources for everything bootlegged up to the present day; I'm pretty certain it'll be a daunting task if this would be a place to start... I would use Colturkey, MasterJedi, and of course, Lord Reith's projects as core... Although it's possible there are others and new sources/remixes have been done... I don't know, though.
