Hello everyone, in the middle of 1970, 6 double LP's were released with the complete soundtracks, including dialogues, of The Beatles movies and the last one with several TV programs: they are the CBM label's Cinelogue. Being so old it will be very difficult for someone to have them. It is true that the soundtracks of the movies contain a lot of music that did not appear in the official ones and it would be very interesting to have them. I have never heard them. From Let It Be there is "In a Play Anyway" which contains the soundtrack but from the others they are only on these discs, apart from the DVD's of course.

Great, if you could upload it that would be great. Maybe with the contribution of others they can all be achieved. Very thankful.

Thank you so much! Even though the Cinelogue albums are completely superfluous at this point, they are still incredibly important historically, and really take us back to a time when this is all we had. THANK YOU.

Were these recorded at the cinema?

I strongly suspect that they're recordings of 16mm prints of the movies (except maybe for LET IT BE, which I think would more likely be from a TV broadcast). It's been ages since I heard any of these specific boots, but if I had a listen, I could probably say with reasonable certainty. The movies could easily be rented in 16mm in the early seventies for home or organization screenings, so for an investment of $50-80, any aspiring bootlegger could rent a copy and record it from a 16mm projector.

A clue can be found by checking the frequency range of the audio. 16mm optical tracks are basically 100 Hz to 6000 Hz. If the audio resides pretty much within that range, it points strongly to a 16mm film origin.

It's possible, but extremely unlikely, that they were recorded from 35mm prints. Those would have a frequency range of about 50 Hz to 15000 Hz.

It's also possible they came from recordings of television broadcasts of the movies. At that time, those would almost always have come from 16mm film prints in a telecine, so the 100 Hz-6000 Hz range would apply there, too.
