Right click the link at top of page then----->click 'Copy Link Address'
next paste that to notepad(or equivalent) and you should get this:

It says at the end (pardon my poor German) that it's for the writer of the ORF program Die Vergewaltigung - Hans Preiner (which I believe is the previous film you put up here, recorded at Tittenhurst most likely in 1968-12-16? according to the blurry date written on the audio man's recorder and clap)
Hans Preiner made many hit shows for ORF and left Austria for USA in 1986 to 1990, but died of cancer back in Austria 2010 at the age of 69.
My guess is that this program uploaded here (John Film Nr 6) is a celebration to Preiner shown in 1986 (after him leaving Austria - hence the title Speziell Für Sie), it says at the end that it was broadcasted on 03-31 (at 22.25 on the evening) but not what year - so my guess is 1986. It's very interesting with the clips from Hamburg but especially that there is sound on the clips from Tittenhurst (your previous mute upload) although it's a German voice-over at times.
