I haven't heard the audio so far (thank you so much guys for having "spotted" this unheard audio).
It's probably very intrigued.
I'm not sure that it's from the Mind Games era sessions; and you are probably right; although the hat is the same that John wears for the "Mind Games" video-clip; but the footage was probably shot earlier and used later for "Mind Games".
