Regarding IOStk2 I could swear that I've heard the 'I'll just have to vamp it up a bit, now he tells me' and 'lift my.. and i'm still WOO' bits before, does anyone have any idea where that might be from?

Yes - it's from the Eight Days A Week documentary. Great to get that snippet in context!
But as the original recording was mono there's no difference between the EDAW Blu-ray hires stream and the hires boxset download, am I right?
