Greetings all -
Re: The Beatles single collection - How many versions are there ????
Apple ( 2019 ) has put out the Box set with different covers of 45's plus the Free as a bird/Real Love as an extra only on Vinyl
I know there was an 1982 cd box set that was released.
There might have been a Parlaphone edition done in the UK

Does anyone know if the Singles box set ( 2019 ) will eventually be released on CD ?????
Also " Jagmart " has a 2 cd copy of all the singles ( Fab Productions "

What are the collectors on this site saying about the box sets ?????

Thanks
Greg

There is another incarnation that I've seen called The Beatles / The Complete US Singles Collection / 4CD Long Box from Lonely Hearts Records Ltd.
Seems to encompass quite a bit on four CD's , I have no idea if it's a reboot of the Ebbetts singles set , and I don't know what the source of this set is , but it seems interesting .

That 4CD set you refer to uses the Ebbetts discs for the first three, augmented with some promo interview 45’s. Disc four is based on a fake Ebbetts disc as he never did a volume 4. That one covers the post break up releases. I have it and can upload it but I’m pretty sure that at least the fourth disc is MP3 sourced.
