There's a rule that the Royal Mail will only put a person on a stamp if they're no longer living (with exception to the Queen). So with the new Paul stamps surely that's going to add fuel to the fire for the 'Paul Is Dead' believers!

(The real answer is probably that they relaxed the rule.)

Long been relaxed...in recent times we have not only had Paul but Queen (the group...living members included), Star Trek depicting actors still alive, Only Fools and Horses depicting actors still alive, Coronation Street depicting actors still alive...
