Great post, Yves!!yymca6 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 8:28 pmSorry if I'm late to jump on the wagon.paul62 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 22, 2022 2:44 am Having had a quick look at some of those Mega folders, I think that -
"Eight Arms To Hold You" + "Plastic Soul" = "Eight Helping Hands To Hold Your Rubber Soul" (something I prepared and posted here about ten months ago, or something like that),
"Only A Northern Song" = "Only A Northern Songtrack" (again, something I prepared and posted here a while back: Beatfile forgot to include the bonus track, "A Day In The Life", by the looks of things...!!!).
"Abbey Road Remix" might be the AR remix I'd prepared and shared here, as well...
On one hand, it's nice to know when your work is considered good enough to repackage and sell (but it's the selling part that's the annoying thing...).
I understand your frustration along with the pride from the recognition of the quality of your work.
Since it's pretty clear that this *#%$?&@ company hacked your work and monetized it without any agreement from your part, I think it would be fine that sharing these sets should be as illegal here as sharing official sets.
I understand that sharing for free products that are commercialized takes some money away from this (once again *#%$?&@) company (well done for them) but it also at the same time acknowledge ripoffs and rippers.
If I was you, and I am not, I would refrain from sharing my work here on this site.
Sharing here is for personal use of what is shared, not commercial use.
Not meaning to sound like I'm criticising this board (or the bulk of members here), but I sometimes have a few reservations about posting in an open "swap meet" environment like this...!!!
If I haven't posted for a while, people can always reach me via PM here (or elsewhere). People reading this who may wish to join my private board can drop me a PM, as well.
