Here is CT-16 Son of Dexter from 2016 or so, where I tried some mono to stereo experiments using compression. Helter Skelter take 2 worked the best. A few other mixes thrown in. This method was abandoned when the new spectral editors like UVR started showing up.

BTW CT-19 is a Moody Blues thing called Days of Future Passed Some Isolated Instruments but I can't upload it here.
