new, complete & stereo Rooftop remaster

Utilizing snippets from multiple sources, including the Peter Jackson film, Melvin has cobbled together the best-sounding -- and all-stereo music -- audio version of the Rooftop concert. Get Back #1, I've Got a Feeling #2 and Don't Let Me Down #2 are all newly made four-stem remixes from the A/B Rolls set. Sadly, the Jackson film provides all the rooftop takes, but ruins the audio with voice overs and reverb during "long shots." I've Got a Feeling #1 and One After 909 are from the newly remastered LIB album. Don't Let Me Down #1 is an outtake from that box set. Get Back #2 and Dig A Pony are from the unreleased stereo Let It Be film soundtrack. The first second or so of Get Back #1 is from the Jackson project (that first second is badly distorted on A/B Rolls but OK on Jackson's film). I was able to crossfade the two sources! Get Back #3 is from Anthology 3. Chat between the rooftop takes is included. This CD is filled out with a few "oldies" performed at Apple (with the missing intro to Blue Suede Shoes provided in the Jackson film; two jams; and a compilation of One After 909 rehearsals to make one complete song. Of Note is: we finally have an inline recording of "God Save The Queen" (thanks, Jackson!), and it has been placed where it belongs in the order of performances on the roof. Art is in the download. My advice is turn this up loud, pretend you were there, and keep an eye out for the cops!!!!
