I used Stems ST-01 and have been able to remove voice over in some recordings. It depends on how well the voice over is only in the vocal stem and if it's in the bass stem, and no other sound's bass frequency is with it. Then try one or two variations of leveler plugins to boost the volume the compressor and normalizer on Audacity work nice sometimes but I found myself bouncing around almost 15 different plugins because each recording has a different result. I been working a few years on removing beeps and slate number talk from Get Back sessions, and now been slowly working on removing BBC voice overs on recordings. I haven't tried the recordings in question yet, but I would say 75% of voice over can be removed or quieted a lot.

No, I tried but you can't really retrieve music that is buried deep beneath a voiceover yet.
